Houston Eagle Limousine – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A valid reservation is required before service begins.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges apply for extra time, stops, or requested amenities.

  • For trips outside the city, the predetermined distance is calculated and multiplied by 4, then added to the invoice (e.g., if the distance is 10 miles, the extra charge will be 40 miles × rate).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • SUV bookings must be cancelled 24–48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

  • VAN bookings must be cancelled 10 days in advance to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full or partial charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the booking type and cancellation timing.

3. Waiting Time & Overtime

  • Standard bookings include a 10-minute grace period; extra time is billed at the hourly rate.

  • If the scheduled time is exceeded by more than 10 minutes, an additional hour will be charged.

  • Any additional time beyond the agreed hours may incur charges, with a minimum of 4 hours for extended bookings.

  • Airport waiting time includes a complimentary period: 45 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. After this period, $20 will be charged for every 15 additional minutes.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or open alcohol containers (unless permitted by law).

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the passenger’s financial responsibility.

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. If the interior of the vehicle becomes dirty, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

5. Liability & Service Limitations

  • The company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items once the vehicle leaves the location.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the company’s liability.

  • The company reserves the right to adjust services in cases of force majeure (accidents, road closures, severe weather).

6. Frequent Customer Benefits

  • After completing 5 bookings, you will receive one free ride up to 25 miles.

  • Regular customers enjoy flexible booking options, priority service, and exclusive discounts during holidays and special events.

7. Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.

  • Credit card payments are accepted upon approval. Cardholder signature and a copy of the ID must be provided, with a 10% processing fee added to the total invoice.
