1. Sedans & SUVs Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1 day before the trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancel less than 1 day before the trip: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
2. Stretch Limousines & Buses Cancellation Policy
Cancel 4 days before the trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancel less than 2 days before the trip: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
3. Event Bookings Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancel less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
4. Driver Delays & Compensation
Driver arrives late: Receive a 20% discount on your next booking.
Delay due to weather or unavoidable circumstances: No compensation required; a rescheduled trip will be provided free of charge.
Driver unable to attend: Receive a free replacement trip with the same booking details and a 20% discount on your next reservation.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
